Job Summary
LATAM Trade Governance Manager responsible for regional trade compliance across LATAM, with primary accountability for Brazil, coordinating with customs authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to global trade policies and local regulations. Manage trade compliance activities, oversee import/export operations, maintain documentation and audits, support Authorized Economic Operator certifications, respond to government inquiries, and provide guidance on incoterms, regulatory escalation, and training. Requires coordination with Legal, Finance, ITC, procurement, and external brokers, with on-site presence in Alphaville/São Paulo area. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and strong LATAM trade knowledge; fluent English. The role emphasizes operational execution, documentation control, and cross-team collaboration to maintain compliance and business continuity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, Logistics, Finance, Law, or related field
- Strong understanding of LATAM trade compliance, customs processes, and regulatory frameworks, particularly in Brazil and Argentina
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Incoterms and their operational, financial, and risk implications
