Latam Swiss Program Analyst

Latam Swiss Program Analyst within our Advisor Training Program focused on building client relationships and delivering customized wealth management solutions. You will gain exposure to investments, lending, banking, and trust/estate planning while working with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists. The role emphasizes teamwork, relationship-building with external clients, understanding diverse client goals, and contributing to the delivery of comprehensive wealth solutions. Training and mentorship from senior executives are provided, with a clear path after the program to Associate roles. The program values strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, genuine interest in financial markets, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. English and Spanish fluency is required or highly preferred.
