LATAM Strategic Account Manager – (Amazon & Mercado Libre)

Job Summary
LATAM Strategic Account Manager responsible for marketplace growth across Amazon and Mercado Libre in LATAM. Own Joint Business Plans, drive annual and quarterly objectives, and ensure end-to-end marketplace management with a focus on profitability, operational excellence, and digital shelf performance. Lead negotiations with marketplace partners, collaborate with Marketing and eCommerce teams to align campaigns and launches, coordinate with supply chain for OTIF and demand planning, and establish operating rhythms for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews. Act as the LATAM marketplace interface with Global/Area teams and drive risk identification and mitigation, portfolio launches, and optimization of pricing, content, and conversions. Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required, with remote-work capabilities and a strong track record in complex account management and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Five (5) or more years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce, or marketplace-related roles
- Advanced English and Spanish or Portuguese proficiency
- Direct experience with Amazon, Mercado Libre, or other third-party marketplaces
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L and ROI management
- Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation capabilities
- Experience collaborating across global and regional teams
- Work location: Remote
