Job Summary
Latam Payments Rails Product Owner in a Vice President role leads end-to-end product lifecycle for Payins, Payouts and Receivables. Owns backlog, drives discovery and strategic development, defines go-to-market plans, and coordinates global/regional interfaces. Collaborates with Global and Local Product, Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Technology, and other teams to deliver scalable, resilient products with strong customer value. Requires senior-level product management experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization across LATAM (Spanish desirable, English fluent).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Experience developing products with proven ability to cultivate relationships
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- BA/BS in Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
- Fluent English speaker. Spanish is a desirable.
