Job Summary
Hands-on office and accounting leadership role focusing on managing daily operations, supporting office setup in Colombia, onboarding and HR processes, and contributing to U.S.-based accounting projects while aiding team growth and a positive workplace culture. The role involves vendor and service-provider coordination, office administration, and collaboration with leadership to support international expansion and cross-border operations. Requires experience in office management/HR/operations, accounting/bookkeeping knowledge, awareness of local HR practices, and strong organizational/communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is preferred, with periodic travel to USA and other geographies. Fluent English and ability to work independently are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree – accounting/finance preferred
- Experience in office management, HR, or operations
- Experience supporting business setup or operations in Colombia
- Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Understanding of local HR and employment practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
