The role involves vendor and service-provider coordination, office administration, and collaboration with leadership to support international expansion and cross-border operations. Requires experience in office management/HR/operations, accounting/bookkeeping knowledge, awareness of local HR practices, and strong organizational/communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is preferred, with periodic travel to USA and other geographies. Fluent English and ability to work independently are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree – accounting/finance preferred
  • Experience in office management, HR, or operations
  • Experience supporting business setup or operations in Colombia
  • Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
  • Understanding of local HR and employment practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent English
