Job Summary
Assist in the execution of international bond transactions, including preparing marketing materials and proposals; gather and process market information for client presentations; analyze and compare financing alternatives in various currencies; prepare deal-related and non-deal related marketing material; analyze credit and financial conditions of corporate clients; collaborate with third parties during bond issue execution stages; help build company cash flow and liability management models; thrive in a fast-paced environment while interacting with clients and supporting Latin American fixed income activities.
Required Qualifications
- Complete Spanish and English fluency (Verbal and Written); Portuguese speakers welcomed
- Strong analytical and corporate finance background
- Basic understanding of fixed income
- Thorough knowledge of macroeconomic principles and current events
- Microsoft Office experience with strong research and presentation skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Resourcefulness and ability to excel in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering work ethic
