Job Summary
LATAM Culinary Consultant embedded as Ninja Test Kitchen partner to bring authentic LATAM culinary expertise to product testing, KPI development, ingredient gap analysis, and story creation across Ninja categories. Lead structured appliance tests with locally sourced LATAM ingredients, document findings with datasheets, photos, videos, and notes; develop KPIs reflecting LATAM consumer expectations; build a living ingredient gap framework and translate culinary findings into product stories and demos that resonate with LATAM consumers. Lead regular knowledge-transfer sessions with Needham team and support sell-in stories by linking functionality to the consumer experience. Travel up to 20%; roles involve collaboration with cross-functional US-based teams and remote coordination as part of a global LATAM initiative.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional culinary or culinary development experience
- Formal culinary training or equivalent — degree from a recognized program in Mexico or LATAM preferred
- Hands-on experience working with or evaluating kitchen appliances through a culinary and functional lens
- Deep knowledge of LATAM ingredients and how they may differ from US-market equivalents in ways that affect cooking performance
- Bilingual Spanish / English — professional fluency in both written and spoken communication
- Self-directed and organized — able to manage workstreams independently without on-site supervision
- Strong documentation skills — able to write structured test reports and communicate findings clearly to a technical audience
