Job Summary

LATAM Business Development Representative to generate pipeline across LATAM markets by partnering with Account Executives, researching target accounts, and executing multilingual outbound outreach in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Translate and localize outreach sequences and sales materials, build regional market knowledge, and maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce. Collaborate with Account Executives to align on target accounts and territory priorities, demonstrate Pendo value to prospects, and drive quota-attainment in a hybrid Raleigh-based role. Requires bilingual English/Spanish, AI fluency, SaaS exposure, and a proactive, coachable mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to translate and localize sales materials from English into Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Active AI fluency with hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day workflow
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to move quickly
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback
  • Experience with CRM or sales technology tools such as Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
