Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) focuses on new business development and client relationship management within the international supply chain sector. Responsibilities include prospecting for new client relationships, preparing customer proposals, managing commitments, and integrating MAO technology solutions. The role demands skills in customer service, pricing strategy development, and maintaining customer resource management systems. Ideal candidates will possess superb negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong organizational capacity, with a minimum of 2-4 years experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 2 – 4 years minimum experience in international freight forwarding / logistics industry
