Conduct upper pulling, toe lasting, side lasting, and heel seat lasting operations using specialized machinery. Mount insoles, align uppers to the last centerline, and adjust tension, wipe, and heat settings to ensure the boot conforms without wrinkling, over-stretching, or tearing. Inspect every lasted pair against its mate and pull lasts back to inventory in size order. Report machine drift immediately to prevent production loss. This physically demanding floor role requires standing for the full shift and handling up to 40 pounds, with performance measured by pairs per shift, first-pass shape quality, and rework rates.
