Last Mile Site Manager

Last Mile Site Manager responsible for coordinating flow between Haulers/Delivery Teams/Call Center and Local Client Management, ensuring on-site presence to supervise Hauler performance, recruiting and evaluating Haulers, maintaining vendor relations, resolving shipping discrepancies and in-home damage claims, coordinating with end customers for effective in-home delivery, and maintaining monthly operation reports with statistics and customer service scores. Strong written and verbal communication, numerical proficiency for discounts and percentages, and problem-solving ability to devise creative solutions in a logistics environment. Role involves interfacing with Maersk Ground Freight operations and overseeing cross-dock/ sortation-related activities to support multi-channel service delivery.
