Job Summary
Last Mile Senior Coordinator responsible for coordinating pickups, validating tracking information, updating the Receiving Pickups system, organizing daily dispatch of shipments, handling COD and refunds routing to courier networks, verifying delivered shipments, coordinating handovers with sorting facilities, and performing related duties to ensure accurate and timely delivery operations in Egypt. Must manage tracking numbers, signatures/IDs, daily cash collection reconciliation, and communication with hubs and sorting facility teams. Requires logistics/operations proficiency, experience in e-commerce or shipping, and a graduate-level qualification.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics field, in e-commerce or shipping industry.
