Job Summary
Lead and manage key last-mile initiatives to optimize the logistics network, drive improvements in cost per package and lead time, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals. Develop and execute strategies to optimize last-mile delivery processes, focusing on lead time and cost reduction, while managing stakeholder relationships and contributing to the tactical logistics network design. Requires strong project management, data analysis capabilities (SQL/Python, Excel), and experience leading cross-functional projects in a multinational, hybrid-work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business development, project management, or consulting
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis (SQL/Python) and advanced Excel
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (C1/C2)
- Hybrid work arrangement with offices in Munich, Madrid, Krakow, London, and Vienna
