Job Summary
Lead projects to optimize last-mile delivery and the logistics network within a multinational, multicultural setting. Responsibilities include analyzing network data to identify opportunities to reduce costs and lead time, driving the 12-month network planning process with partner teams, collaborating with cross-functional groups to align project goals, monitoring performance and mitigating risks, building stakeholder relationships to drive project success, and developing strategies to optimize last-mile delivery processes. The role requires 5+ years in business development, project management, or consulting, strong data-analysis capabilities (SQL/Python, Excel), excellent communication, and fluency in English. Headquartered in Munich with offices across Europe; the position offers hybrid working (60% in office, 40% at home) with potential international travel options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business development, project management, or consulting
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis (SQL/Python) and advanced Excel
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects with various senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (C1/C2)
