LaserPro Product Owner, Delivery Pod

Job Summary
Lead and manage the delivery pod to successfully deliver AI-enabled features and capabilities for LaserPro, defining and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value and strategic objectives. Partner directly with product teams to identify opportunities for embedding AI capabilities, translating requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement to ensure team alignment, while serving as the primary liaison between the AI COE and Lending product stakeholders. Make informed decisions on feature prioritization and scope, monitor delivery progress and risks, and incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve AI capabilities. Define success metrics and KPIs to measure product performance impact.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of LaserPro product domains
- Strong background in product ownership or product management, preferably with AI/ML products
- Proven experience leading agile delivery teams and managing product backlogs
- Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and how they can be embedded into product offerings
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional product and technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing without direct authority
- Expertise in agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks
- Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills with focus on business value delivery
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into business value propositions
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to drive alignment across diverse teams
- Track record of successfully delivering AI-enabled features or products
- Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
