Job Summary
Oversee implementation of strategic initiatives and business models with a strategic Alliance Partner to drive success in the LaserJet business. Define new business opportunities, optimize business models, and execute cost reduction strategies while managing complex operational and transformation initiatives. Lead a team of senior individual contributors, set individual and team goals, and handle recruitment, performance management, and career development. Partner with executives to create strategic plans, manage risk, and influence internal stakeholders through compelling analysis and recommendations. Direct global, virtual, and cross-functional teams to facilitate proposal development and organizational planning.

- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline
