Job Summary
As a Laserfiche Software Support Technician at CDI, your primary role involves supporting enterprise software solutions and providing assistance to support engineers. Ideal candidates will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience with Laserfiche, Windows Server, and technical support is preferred. Remote work is possible with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing technical support or using Laserfiche in a day-to-day job
- Ability to learn and become an expert in line-of-business applications
- Technology savvy with ability to learn and adapt to complex technical situations
- Excellent communication skills and mature acumen
- Outgoing and can-do personality
- Experience with Windows Server
