Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field

- Demonstrated experience with process development, optimization, and troubleshooting for laser welding applications
- Strong understanding of material science and metallurgy, particularly concerning weldability of various alloys
- Experience with metrology and quality inspection techniques for welded components
