Job Summary
Surgical Laser Technicians at Agiliti ensure that medical equipment is operational and sterile for each surgical procedure. Responsibilities include testing, cleaning, and sterilizing surgical equipment, being present in the operating room during procedures, and maintaining the functionality of all equipment while effectively communicating any maintenance needs. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, and physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment. Prior medical or surgical experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
- Must be able to lift up to eighty pounds and push or pull up to one hundred pounds
- Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time as well as being able to bend and reach repeatedly
- Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Prior medical, EMT, Surgical Technologist, or military experience preferred
Additional Requirements
