Oversees Laser Department across 1st-3rd shifts; trains and supervises laser operators; programs lasers; creates product modifications and designs using Solid Works and other software; calculates cycle times for quoting purposes; provides Customer Support; schedules Laser Production; responsible for Laser Department Quality; ensures proper inspection, production and maintenance of equipment; good attendance is an essential function of this job.
