Job Summary
Set up, program, and operate CNC laser equipment while ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Inspect parts, document accuracy, and perform routine equipment maintenance to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support production needs across departments and follow all safety and workplace policies. This role requires 5+ years operating laser cutting equipment, high school diploma or GED, and willingness to travel between multiple PD locations. Full-time employment offers health, dental, and vision insurance, 4% 401k match, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prefer 2-year technical/business degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience operating Laser cutting equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Excellent blueprint reading capabilities
- Excellent shop math skills
- Ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines
- Flexibility to travel between multiple PD locations
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment
- Walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting may be required throughout the workday
