Job Summary
Laser Operator responsible for operating laser device printing animal ear tags, managing software on laser equipment, operating devices for semi-finished products used in tag production, performing ongoing quality checks (color and print texture), accurately completing production paperwork and reporting in Flex Reporting, packing tags and related documents per production list, preparing shipments, and maintaining workplace organization while supporting Lean initiatives (5S, Quality Circles, Kaizen, Kanban). Also ensures compliance with safety standards and informs supervisor of key production issues; requires familiarity with the department’s laser equipment and product range.
