Laser Operator

Laser Operator role responsible for operating multiple fabrication machines on the production floor (laser, press brake, punch press) to manufacture parts from sheet metal or metal plates. Prepares and sets up programs, adjusts machines as required by product plans and production schedules, and ensures sufficient raw materials. Reads and interprets blueprints/drawings, measures and aligns materials, inspects finished pieces for quality, and performs routine maintenance. Maintains a clean work area and adheres to PPE requirements. Reports to Fabrication Manager and is based in Fontana, CA. Skills include basic computer and math skills, detail orientation, ability to follow instructions, and experience with machining controls. At least one year of metal fabrication experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
