Job Summary
Operate automated CNC tube laser cutting equipment, monitor machine performance for efficiency, and load raw materials to ensure continuous production. Inspect finished parts for quality, read blueprints, adjust machines to maintain standards, and sort products for shipment. Identify non-conforming material, complete production records, and follow safety procedures while maintaining a clean work area. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC production equipment, including tube lasers, flat lasers, plasma, or oxy-fuel cutting tables
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Understanding of tolerances, dimensions, and precision manufacturing
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and gauges
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to complete a drug screen, physical examination, and background check
