Job Summary
Set up and operate laser equipment to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and customer specifications. Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections, complete production control charts, and analyze recordings to ensure output meets requirements. Perform basic programming tasks, make necessary equipment adjustments, and solve production process problems by reporting data and decisions to supervisors. Follow preventative maintenance policies, assist with equipment changeovers, and train others on operational procedures. Maintain a safe, clean working environment by complying with all policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, routers, and other production documentation
- Proficiency in basic math and measurements, including the use of hand-held measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to operate laser equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all relevant safety protocols
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
