Job Summary
Manage technical issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and provide monthly maintenance support for HSG Tech machinery in the US region. Conduct customer visits for routine service while promoting value add-on services, and optimize work order organization and safe tool use. Analyze root causes of maintenance impediments, debug system errors, and propose improvements. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and R&D teams to support stakeholder objectives. Provide one-to-one training for new service team members and participate in company trainings on technical processes and regulations. Complete equipment installation, commission, and maintenance tasks following strict safety and quality guidelines. Requires business travel and experience with 6KW+ fiber laser equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of working experience in related industry
- Technical know-how: installation, debugging and maintenance on 6KW+ equipment
- Comprehension of circuit diagrams
- Familiar with CAD or SOLIDWORKS design software
- Familiar with mechanical principles
- Detail & deadline-oriented; well organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills; ability to interact with staff across matrix partners
- Business travel will be a requirement for this position
