Job Summary
Develop and test laser systems and optical assemblies, building, aligning, and characterizing laser prototypes while analyzing performance data to identify improvement opportunities. Support product validation and manufacturing readiness by troubleshooting complex laser, optical, and system-level issues. Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service teams to contribute to new product introduction and sustain engineering activities. This role involves working alongside experienced engineers to influence product performance, reliability, and future innovation within a global team focused on precision technology for healthcare and advanced manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physics, Photonics, Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with lasers, optics, photonics or electro-optical systems
