Job Summary
Operate T-DRILL tube processing and laser cutting equipment to produce components per engineering drawings and production specifications. Set up tooling and machine parameters, load and unload raw materials, read and interpret blueprints, and perform dimensional inspections with calipers and gauges. Monitor machine performance, identify quality or production issues, perform routine maintenance, and maintain a safe, organized work area. Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and teammates to meet production requirements and quality standards. Requires a high school diploma or GED and shows strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Shift is 2nd.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings
- Ability to use measuring tools and perform dimensional inspections
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Preferred: Experience operating laser cutting equipment
- Preferred: Experience operating T-DRILL or tube fabrication equipment
- Preferred: Forklift or overhead crane experience (if applicable)
