Laser Component Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
Perform precision cleaning of laser and optical components, inspect for contamination or damage, follow detailed work instructions and SOPs, operate and maintain cleaning equipment with routine calibration checks, document cleaning activities and inspections, collaborate with assembly/manufacturing/quality teams to ensure components meet cleanliness and quality specifications, adhere to safety procedures and PPE, contribute to continuous improvement of cleaning efficiency and process consistency, monitor cleaning supply inventory and communicate replenishment needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, cleanroom, assembly, or precision cleaning environments
- Experience using cleaning tools, solvents, and precision handling techniques
- Familiarity with cleanroom practices and contamination control standards (preferred)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
