Job Summary
Part-time theatre floorstaff roles across Box Office, Concession Stand, and Usher at Largo Mall 8. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, handling cash and card transactions, promoting Regal Crown Club, upselling Premium Viewing experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX), assisting guests with questions, enforcing MPAA ratings, maintaining cleanliness, stocking/concession duties, alcohol certification where applicable, and completing required cast certification and Regal beverage/server trainings. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service, cash handling accuracy, basic math, public speaking, and the ability to work flexible schedules with regular attendance. Training materials cover safety, harassment/discrimination policies, and role-specific procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program (as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion)
- Regal Responsible Beverage Server training ( Regal Online University)
- Alcohol certification and training if duties include selling/serving alcohol
- Ability to perform essential duties including operating POS systems, cash handling, and adherence to MPAA rating system
- Public speaking, effective listening, and clear communication
- Mathematical ability for calculations and cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform physical duties as described
