Establishes lender relations and manages alternative finance source programs to ensure multiple approval channels. Processes finance and lease deals accurately through financial sources, handling all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions. Secures customer signatures, obtains payoff and insurance information, and verifies title, lien data, and taxes before forwarding to accounting. Maintains insurance files, ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees, and prepares reports on finance penetration. Develops guidelines for customer interactions to maximize satisfaction while providing sales staff with current program information. Maintains a professional appearance and work environment. Must pass a background and drug screen.
