Job Summary
Assess damage at job sites to generate estimates while managing large, complex projects exceeding $500k. Serve as the primary field contact for customers, subcontractors, and insurance representatives to ensure scope adherence, accurate timelines, and budget control. Prepare quotations, job costing, and estimates while coordinating after-hours emergency jobs. Strengthen client relationships through business development, technical explanations, and account management. Travel 50% of the time with evenings on call and weekend availability. Requires five years of insurance restoration project management experience and familiarity with Xactimate or JD Edwards.
Required Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of project management experience in insurance restoration
- At least five (5) years of experience with large loss project management in residential and commercial restoration
- Sales experience in related fields, including upgrades / changes to existing contracts
- Self-driven to achieve goals and meet deadlines
- Travel 50% of the time
- Criminal Record Check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous construction, restoration or Insurance experience considered an asset
- Intermediate computer and/or tablet/iPad experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Google Suite, JD Edwards, Xactimate/XactAnalysis experience an asset
