The Large Loss Restoration Supervisor leads field crews on large-scale restoration projects, supervising a team of 8–10 technicians. Responsibilities include providing clear direction, executing project scopes in collaboration with Project Managers, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Candidates should have a background in restoration, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage documentation and support operational tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in restoration/mitigation preferred
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team in a fast-paced field environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work extended hours or travel when large loss events occur
- Ability to travel on short notice
- Ability to drive a company vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Familiarity with restoration documentation systems such as DryBook
