Job Summary
Conduct on-site inspections, investigate coverage, and prepare estimates for large loss property claims, with a specific focus on water losses. Handle virtual claims countrywide using Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration while negotiating settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers. Provide compassionate, clear communication to guide policyholders through the claims process and ensure accurate documentation in the claims system. Travel to customers' homes and carry a 50-pound ladder to access roofs with up to a 6/12 pitch. Requires 4 years of outside adjuster experience, proficiency in estimating software, and a valid driver's license. Includes a 2-week training program in Dallas, TX, and eligibility for a $1,000 licensing sign-on bonus.
