Job Summary
Conduct on-site inspections, investigate coverage, and prepare estimates for large fire and water loss claims by traveling to customer homes. Handle virtual claims countrywide using Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration while negotiating settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers. Lead detailed damage reviews, interpret policies, and maintain accurate documentation in claims systems to ensure timely resolution. This role requires 4 years of outside adjuster experience, proficiency in Xactimate, and the ability to carry a 50-pound ladder for roof access. Candidates must reside in Fairfax, VA, hold a valid driver's license, and surrender any existing insurance or producer licenses prior to onboarding.

- Ability to travel to customers' homes and handle virtual claims countrywide effectively
