Job Summary
Large Loss Field Property Adjuster based in Anchorage or Fairbanks, AK, traveling to customers' homes to conduct on-site inspections, investigate coverage, and prepare estimates for large fire and water losses, while also handling virtual claims countrywide. Role involves negotiating settlements, documenting claims in systems, using Xactimate, and communicating with customers to deliver fast, fair resolutions. Requires ability to travel to homes, assess damages, interpret policies, and coordinate with vendors/claimants; training is provided, and licensing may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Residency within the posted location is mandatory
- Must be able to carry a 50-pound ladder and access roofs with up to a 6/12 pitch
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as part of the job requirements
- Training program with approximately 2 weeks of training in Dallas, TX
- License requirements may be required per state and may need to be secured within 60 days of hire
- Background check as part of licensing/background process
- Company may offer Licensing Sign-On Bonus if licensed
