Job Summary
Oversee reconstruction projects for large losses, coordinating the entire project cycle from on-site inspections to final delivery. Lead and motivate field technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors; manage multiple large-loss projects across residential and commercial sectors with emphasis on speed, quality, and financial accountability. Prepare and present change orders and progress updates to insurance carriers, adjusters, and property owners; maintain daily job documentation (photos, moisture readings, progress notes) and ensure proper use of moisture mapping software. Monitor profit margins and job costing, review budgets, and optimize labor/equipment use. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, property managers, and adjusters; ensure compliance with health/safety protocols, licensing, and regulatory requirements; participate in after-hours emergency response for high-priority claims. Requires 3+ years of water-mitigation experience, 2+ years managing large-loss or complex projects, and a valid driver’s license; IICRC certifications are preferred. 070000-080000/year DOE with bonus/commissions; company vehicle; on-site gym; PTO and holidays; Monday-Friday with weekend as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in water mitigation
- 2+ years managing large loss or complex projects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and subcontractors
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while meeting margins
