Job Summary
Travel-heavy Commercial Project Manager role overseeing large-scale restoration projects (water, fire, storm) from start to finish. Lead crews, coordinate logistics, prepare scopes of work and estimates, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in fast-paced disaster-recovery environments. Interface with business owners, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders; conduct site assessments; drive project efficiency and timely delivery across nationwide assignments. IICRC certification experience preferred; strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and independent work ethic are essential; eligible for on-call travel up to 200 days/year and possession of a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communicator – can navigate high-stress situations with professionalism and appropriate customer service skills
- Hands-on problem solver with quick thinking and adaptability
- Self-starter able to work independently and prioritize activities
- Experience leading teams and subcontractor management
- Industry expertise in commercial water mitigation/restoration
- Must be able to travel on on-call (24/7) basis up to 200 days a year
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record

- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred
