Job Summary
Lead the reconstruction of large-loss residential and commercial properties (fire, water, storms, and other major events) from start to finish. Oversee estimates, budgets, scopes of work, and resource planning to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and high-quality results. Coordinate with property owners, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams; maintain proactive communications, monitor performance metrics, ensure documentation and compliance, and drive continuous improvement to profitability and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction, restoration, or project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience accepted
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and build positive working relationships
- Professional, proactive attitude with a commitment to high performance
