Role involves operating and assisting with flatbed and roll-to-roll printing, cutting, laminating, mounting, trimming, and finishing; reviewing job tickets and materials; performing ongoing quality control to catch issues early; coordinating daily workload; ensuring completed jobs are accurately packed, labeled, and ready for pickup, delivery, or install; training and supporting team members on equipment, procedures, quality standards, and best practices; and collaborating with customer service, design, production, shipping, installation, and management to clarify job details and meet schedules. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced production environment are essential.
