Job Summary
Read work orders to determine sign specifications and prepare installation sites by measuring, marking, and clearing debris. Mount signs using tools like drills and glue, repair existing signage, and drive company vehicles to transport equipment to Twin Falls locations. Collaborate with sales and design teams to meet customer standards while following safety procedures and recording installation data for management. Evaluate processes to improve efficiency and participate in ongoing training for sign installation techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Strongly preferred is previous sign and/or graphics installation experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented
- Highly detailed and organized
- Ability to follow customer specs and requests
- Strong work ethic
- Be able to follow standard operating procedures
- Be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Lifting, bending, reaching type work on a regular basis
- Able to lift up to 50lbs with or without assistance
