Job Summary
Large Format Cutter Operator position responsible for operating and maintaining Kongsberg and Zund cutting systems in Duggal Visual Solutions’ Coatesville, PA facility. Responsibilities include reviewing production schedules and job tickets, setting up and executing cut jobs, loading media, performing quality checks, troubleshooting cut quality issues, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with prepress, finishing, and printing teams to ensure on-time delivery. Must handle materials used in signage and display graphics, monitor throughput, perform basic preventive maintenance, and uphold safety and quality standards. Requires 3–5 years of experience with large-format cutting, familiarity with Kongsberg or Zund cutters, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS/Google tools, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work 1st shift (8:00am-5:00pm) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and communicate effectively in English.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of large format cutting experience
- Experience with Kongsberg or Zund cutters
- Experience operating both flatbed and roll-to-roll cutting equipment
- Experience in a commercial printing, signage, or graphics production environment preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, trade school or college is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with MS and Google Suite
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- English fluency (spoken and written)
