Job Summary
Manage overall team operations, client coordination, and customer service delivery by coordinating, coaching, and prioritizing Account Associates. Assist Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments, troubleshooting issues, and helping clients make well-informed decisions. Oversee the new business and renewal process, including managing renewal marketing plans, creating accurate proposals, and negotiating coverage with underwriters. Ensure pre-renewal information is sent within service standards and that all files are accurately documented to minimize E&O exposure. Requires a current Property & Casualty insurance license, strong computer skills, and a minimum of five years in the insurance industry. On-site presence is required to support collaboration and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Current Insurance License in Property & Casualty for the state in which your agency office is located
- Ability to work toward professional designation
- Must be comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills
- Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business or related field
- Equivalent relevant experience to Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within the insurance industry or business-related experience
- Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
