Job Summary
Design and implement new features and re-architect existing systems using the Laravel framework for efficient middle and back-end solutions. Collaborate with the team to create scalable services, build external and internal APIs, and integrate robust functionality. Participate in test-driven development, including prototyping, code reviews, continuous integration, and implementing unit and performance tests. Review and debug code to resolve issues, while developing documentation and contributing to system specifications and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven track record of 1+ years (Junior), 3+ years (Semi-Senior), or 5+ years (Senior) in software engineering, with a focus on web development
- Extensive experience and expertise in Laravel framework and its associated ecosystem
- Strong proficiency in developing server-side web applications, with a solid understanding of Java-based technologies
- Familiarity with both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), and the ability to optimize database queries
- Thorough understanding of object-oriented development principles and design patterns
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies and programming languages, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within a team and across departments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus
