Lantech - Banding Operator/Forklift

Job Summary
Lantech operators are responsible for packaging product according to plan, performing basic equipment maintenance and cleaning, keeping machines stocked with raw materials, conducting visual inspections of finished products loaded onto outbound trucks, identifying unacceptable product conditions and initiating corrective action, collaborating with team members and leadership to identify and address quality issues, productivity improvements, or cost reductions, and assisting maintenance with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of equipment. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, ability to meet physical requirements, ability to operate tooling and machinery, attention to accuracy and quality, problem-solving and escalation abilities, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to work a rotating shift schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays). Bonus qualifications include forklift experience and prior industrial manufacturing experience, though not required. Required Qualifications

- Ability to operate all tooling and machinery required to perform required job duties
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and quality of finished material
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems during day-to-day production. Understand escalation process and react accordingly and in a timely fashion
- Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to dependably work a rotating shift schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
