LANIER ER CHARGE NURSE - LANIER EMERGENCY DEPT

Manage patient flow, assist with transfers, and resolve patient complaints by coordinating with security. Perform all duties related to mixing medications that cannot be stored in the RX station, order stock and special order supplies, and collect supplies from the storeroom after hours. Serve as the contact person for all staff regarding callouts or late arrivals and respond to rapid response calls in the outpatient area. Assess, evaluate, and delegate skilled patient care while integrating evidence-based knowledge and making critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. Licensed as a registered nurse in Alabama with one year of acute care or rehab experience is required.
