Job Summary
Instructional Coach to provide personalized, 1:1 coaching to teachers, model and facilitate research-based instructional practices, design and deliver professional development, and support data-informed instructional decisions. The role includes collaborating with administrators and instructional teams, contributing to curriculum and assessment development, and promoting differentiated instruction to improve student learning aligned with Colorado Academic Content Standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree and Colorado teaching license, with a minimum of five years of K-12 teaching experience and strong facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications

- Current or in-progress Colorado Teaching License
