Job Summary
Develop 50 scripts based on a base original script and review 200 pre-produced scripts for quality and pedagogy. Evaluate 215 videos for production quality and accuracy in one round, and assess 50 videos across two rounds. Support field days for new content shoots spanning 20-25 days and upload 275 videos to the LMS platform. Coordinate with internal and external teams to render and produce deliverables within stipulated timelines. This role requires fluency in a specific state language and English, along with 3-5 years of education experience. Candidates must be comfortable presenting on camera and adapting to a remote-work environment while traveling monthly for educational shoots.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Early Childhood Care and Education/Education/Child Psychology and Development/Teacher Training/Social Work
- 3-5 years of work experience in education either as a curriculum developer, teacher or on teacher training programs
- Have a strong understanding of how children learn and develop in their early years
- Comfort presenting in front of the camera and getting recorded in the videos
- Willingness to travel a few days each month for field visits and educational shoots
- Be able to adapt to the demands of a young, fast-growing organization & comfortable working with technology in a remote-work environment
- Be fluent in English and State specific language as mentioned above- talking, reading, writing
