Job Summary
Language Enabled Analyst role supporting government cyberspace operations with analytical focus on social network and metadata analysis and computer network analysis. Responsibilities include leveraging specialized technical, language, regional, and functional experience to provide actionable intelligence, develop queries, explore new data sources, integrate information from disparate sources, and collaborate with a client to produce technical analysis and reporting in a multi-disciplinary team. Must have experience with target discovery analysis, networks/telecommunications technologies, and proficiency in Python or C++ for scripting and automation; language proficiency in Chinese at DLPT/ACTFL Advanced Low levels (or higher) and TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. Compensation range: $77,600 to $176,000 annually. Work model notes indicate Remote/Hybrid/Onsite options may apply; standard Booz Allen benefits and identity verification processes are described.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience working in a multi-skilled team environment and collaborating on the production of technical analysis and reporting
- Experience with target development and the processes and tools for discovery analysis
- Experience in analyzing computer networks and telecommunications technologies
- Experience with social network, persona, and metadata analysis
- Ability to show a score of 2 or higher in Listening and Reading on the DLPT, ILR, ODA, or ACTFL Advanced Low in the Chinese language
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with target discovery analysis, or Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience with target discovery analysis
- Nice If You Have: Experience working with multiple analysis disciplines and the data and tools these disciplines utilize
- Knowledge of collection platform dataflows and architectures
- Knowledge of M2M, IOT, data link, or network protocols
- Knowledge of communications equipment and configurations
- Knowledge of programming languages, including Python or C++ for scripting and automation
- Ability to show a score of 3 or higher in Listening and Reading on the DLPT, ILR, ODA, or ACTFL Advanced Low in the Chinese language
- Bachelor's degree
- Network+, Security+, CEH, CCNA, or SANS Certifications
- Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
