Language Coordinator – Czech (Contract)

Job Summary
Perform quality control on scripts, dubbed audio tracks, and mixed audio tracks to ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency. Create localized metadata for regional audiences and document all processes and localization-related tools. Coordinate localization efforts with the local dubbing studio while maintaining clear communication with CreatorGlobal Leadership regarding project updates and roadblocks. Deliver QC feedback to studios within 24 hours of receipt while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. This short-term contract requires availability from September 2026 through January 2027 for a native Czech speaker with C1+ English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Native Czech speaker
- C1+ English
- 1-3 years of experience with subtitling and dubbing translations, quality control, or another integral part of the localization process
- Organized and structured, but able to quickly adapt to changes in plans and priorities
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- An empathetic and proactive team leader
- Understands the digital media landscape in your native language including top content creators, trends, and more
- Has 3+ years of experience with subtitling and dubbing translations, quality control, or another integral part of the localization process
- Has connections to studios, voice actors, and translators in their native language that we can work with on future projects
- Availability from September 2026 – January 2027
- Preferably you live in a locality where the majority of people speak Czech
